                1     IMSL STAT/LIBRARY version number
                2     Operating system (and version number) for
                      which the library was produced.
                3     Fortran compiler (and version number) for
                      which the library was produced.
                4     IMSL STAT/LIBRARY license number
   VERSL  - CHARACTER string containing information.  (Output)
