Purpose:    Get today's date.
 
Usage:      CALL TDATE (IDAY, MONTH, IYEAR)
 
Arguments:
   IDAY   - Day of the month.  (Output)
            IDAY is between 1 and 31 inclusive.
   MONTH  - Month of the year.  (Output)
            MONTH is between 1 and 12 inclusive.
   IYEAR  - Year.  (Output)
            For example, IYEAR = 1985.
