Purpose:    Evaluate the exponentially scaled Airy function.
 
Usage:      AIE(X)
 
Arguments:
   X      - Argument for which the Airy function value is desired.
            (Input)
   AIE    - Function value.  (Output)
            The Airy function for negative arguments and the
            exponentially scaled Airy function, EXP(ZETA)*AI(X),
            for positive arguments where ZETA = 2/3*X**(3/2).
