Module 825 in TOMS

General Information

BEDFix: Approximation of a fixed point of a function of two variables, using the Bisection Envelope Deep-cut Fixed Point algorithm. The function must be Lipschitz continuous with constant 1 with respect to the infinity norm. Works for nonsmooth continuous functions. (See S. Shellman and K. Sikorski, ACM TOMS 29 (2003) pp. 309-325.).
