General Information

SBR Toolbox: Software for successive band reduction via orthogonal transformations. Reduces full symmetric matrices to banded form, and reduces banded matrices to narrower banded or tridiagonal form. Intended to complement LAPACK routines. Also includes repacking, timing, and testing routines. (See C. Bischof et al., ACM TOMS 26 (2000) pp. 602-616).
