QSHEP5D: Multidimensional scattered data interpolation. Implements the modified quadratic Shepard method in arbitrary space dimensions. Basd on a translation and extension of Renka''s QSHEP3D. (See M.W. Berry and K.S. Minser, ACM TOMS 25 (1999) pp. 353-366.).
