A Fortran implementation of the Level 3 BLAS: basic linear algebra Fortran subprograms for matrix-matrix operations. Both single and double precision versions are included. (See J.J. Dongarra, J. Du Croz, S. Hammarling, and I. Duff, ACM TOMS 16 (1990) pp. 18-28.).
