The following is a list of the contents of COULOMB.
  
 1) TEST      A test program written by R. L. Pexton while visiting A. R.
              Barnett at The University, Manchester, UK in 1981. Cursory
              examination of output produced at NIST revealed overflow
              problems in IEEE 32-bit arithmetic and low precision in some
              of the test results in IEEE 64-bit arithmetic.
 2) COULFG    A subroutine to compute regular and irregular Coulomb Wave 
              Functions and their derivatives. It was written by A. R. Barnett,
              Department of Physics, The University, Manchester, UK. For a
              program summary, see Master Index to Volumes 1-30 (July 1969 to
              December 1983) of Computer Physics Communications, CPC Volume 35
              (1984), Page C-812.
 3) DATA      Test data for Pexton's test program.
