calculations such as arithmetic operations, subdivision, degree elevation,
differentiation, integration, composition, greatest common divisor,
real-root solving, etc. Implemented as a C++ class library. (See Y. Tsai and R.
Farouki, ACM TOMS 27 (2001) pp. 267-296).
