ADOL-C: An automatic differentiation package for C or C++. Generates C or C++ code
which evaluates the first or higher derivatives of vector functions defined by
computer programs written in C or C++. Uses overloading in C++, but the user need
only know C. (See A. Griewank, D. Juedes, and J. Utke, ACM TOMS 22 (1996) pp.
131-167.).
