FARB-E-2D: Fortran subroutines for plotting contour lines for function values
given at the nodes of a rectangular mesh. Areas between contour lines may be filled
with colors or patterns. Based on nonlinear bicubic Hermite polynomial
interpolation. Independent of underlying plotting system. (See A. Preusser,
