HURRY: a Fortran subprogram for accelerating the convergence of alternating and
monotone sequences and series (based on Levin's u transform). The routine
estimates truncation and roundoff errors to make a near-optimal stopping
decision and provide a good estimate of the accuracy. (See T. Fessler, W.F. Ford,
and D.A. Smith, ACM TOMS 9 (1983) pp. 355-357.).
