GAMS Module 506 in TOMS

HQR3: a Fortran subprogram which reduces an upper Hessenberg matrix to
quasi-triangular form by unitary similarity transformations to yield the
eigenvalues of the matrix in order of magnitude. HQR3 can be used with EISPACK
routines ORTHES and ORTRAN to compute the eigenvalues of a real general matrix.
