DERPAR: a Fortran subprogram for the evaluation of the dependence of the solution
of a nonlinear system on a parameter. The modified method of Davidenko, which
applies the implicit function theorem, is used in combination with Newton's
method and Adam's integration formulas. (See M. Kubicek, ACM TOMS 2 (1976) pp.
98-107.).
