Calculate the value and all derivatives of order less than NDERIV of all basis
functions which do not vanish at X.
 
Classes  :  E3c . Manipulation of basis functions (e.g., evaluation, change of
                basis)
            K6c . Manipulation of basis functions (e.g., evaluation, change of
                basis)
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in SLATEC library.
