Module DNSG in PORT
Solve separable nonlinear least squares problem (i.e., one with both linear and
nonlinear parameters). User supplies derivatives. Uses variable-projection
technique to eliminate linear parameters, thus obtaining a simpler nonlinear
least squares problem.
