PCHEV

 
Evaluates piecewise cubic polynomial and its derivative at NVAL points in array
XVAL given N-arrays X,F,D; results are put in arrays FVAL and DVAL. Usually used
following a call to PCHEZ, but can be used independently.
 
Classes  :  E3a1 . Evaluation of fitted functions
            E3a2 . Evaluation of derivatives of fitted functions
