UPDATE

 
Sets a vector equal to a new vector. Evaluates the 1-norm (sum of magnitudes) of the
difference between the two vectors and the 1-norm of the new vector.

            D1a11 . Other vector operations
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAPACK package.
Access   : Some uses prohibited. Portable.
