GAMS Module POWER in NAPACK

POWER

Computes one or two eigenvalues of largest magnitude of a matrix, with
corresponding eigenvectors, using the power method. The user must provide a
starting guess for the eigenvector space, along with a subroutine to multiply the
matrix by a vector.

Classes : D4a2 . Real nonsymmetric matrix eigenvalue problems
D4a7 . Sparse matrix eigenvalue problems

Type : Fortran subroutine in NAPACK package.
Access : Some uses prohibited. Portable.
Precision: Single.

Usage : CALL POWER (EX, X, EY, Y, N, DIF, SIZE, NDIGIT, LIMIT, MULT)

Details : Fullsource Source
Sites : (1) NETLIB

Implementation of POWER from NAPACK on NETLIB

NETLIB: Public access repository, The University of Tennessee at
           Knoxville and Bell Laboratories

Precision: Single.

You may access components from NETLIB outside GAMS as follows.

Source : echo 'send only power from napack' | mail netlib@ornl.gov
Fullsource : echo 'send power from napack' | mail netlib@ornl.gov
