HDET

 
Computes the determinant of a symmetric band matrix. The matrix must first be
factored using NAPACK subroutine HFACT.
 
Classes  :  D3b2 . Determinants of real symmetric positive definite banded
                 matrices
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAPACK package.
Access   : Some uses prohibited. Portable.
Precision: Single.
 
Usage    : S = HDET (E, A)
