ADDCHG

 
Adds one vector to another. Evaluates the 1-norm (sum of magnitudes) of the
increment and the 1-norm of the sum.
 
Classes  :  D1a3a . L-1 (sum of magnitudes) vector norm
            D1a7 .  Vector triad (a*x+y for vectors x,y and scalar a)
            D1a11 . Other vector operations
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAPACK package.
Access   : Some uses prohibited. Portable.
Precision: Single.
 
Usage    : CALL ADDCHG (DIF, SIZE, NEW, CHG, N)
