IDAMIN

 
Find the smallest index of the component of a double-precision vector having
minimum absolute value.
 
Classes  :  D1a2 . Minimum and maximum components of a vector
            N5a .  Search for extreme value in an array
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in IMSLS library.
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Double.
 
Usage    : I = IDAMIN(N, DX, INCX)
