Fit a multiple linear regression model given the variance-covariance matrix.
 
Classes  :  L8c1b2 . Parameter estimation in multiple linear regression using
                   correlation data

Type     : Fortran subroutine in IMSLS library.
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
