Compute the 1-norm distance between two points.
 
Classes  :  D1a3a . L-1 (sum of magnitudes) vector norm
            D1a11 . Other vector operations
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in IMSLM library.
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Single.
 
Usage    : R = DISL1(N, X, INCX, Y, INCY)
