Calculates a sequence of values of normalized Legendre polynomials for fixed
degree and argument and variable order.

            C3a2 . Chebyshev, Legendre polynomials
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in CMLIB library (FCNPAK sublibrary).
Access   : Public domain. Portable.
Precision: Single.
