Module CHPGST.C in CLAPACK
Reduces a complex Hermitian-definite generalized eigenproblem Ax= lambda Bx,
ABx= lambda x, or BAx= lambda x, to standard form, where A and B are held in packed
storage, and B has been factorized by CPPTRF. (Computational routine.). [C
version of LAPACK routine, converted from Fortran by f2c.].
