VECTOR

 
A set of procedures for managing vectors in C. The user may operate on individual
elements of a vector or on the vector as a whole. Functions are available to clear a
vector, compute various norms, and perform arithmetic operations on pairs of
vectors. (Written by Oleg Keselyov.).
